5 and 10 Litre filling:
A number of lines filling large cans at speeds from 10 to 35 cans/minute.
Bleach filling line:
20 head rotary filler, 4 Zalkin head capper, labeller, case packer. Speeds of up to 100 bottles/min
Gel filling line:
8 Head rotary filler, 4 head capper, labeller and collator shrinkwrap, Speeds of 65 jars/min, cost of £115 k.
Pott pourri:
A number of form fill and seal machines to weigh fill and pack pot pourri.
Tube filling:
A number of projects filling mainly plastic tubes from 30 to 60 tubes/min.
New washing up filling line:
A monoblock 20 head filler and 6 head capping machine, with labelling and shrinkwrapper. Speeds of up to 250 bottles/minute.
Puck filling line:
60 bottles/min, Liquid feed systems,puck continuous feed system filling machine, capping machine, front and back labeller, ink jet coder and shrinkwrapper, all items included adaptable changeparts, value £120k.
New shower gel filling line:

60 bottles/min, Liquid feed systems, twin capping machines, front and back labeller, ink jet coder and shrinkwrapper, all items included quick release changeparts value £350k.

Mixing and fill systems
We find there is a growing demand for integrated systems, where the mixing system matches the filling system.
Over the years we have been involved the following projects:
Sterilising tablet system:
Blending the powder, feeding tablet press, foiler, collator - cartonner and end of line packing worth £400k. New technology to the client, we source the equipment in the Uk and Europe. This project involved a complete refurbishment of the equipment and extensive commissioning & training.
Wax mixing, feed and filling:
We have developed a number of these systems, ranging from a two head in-line machine to a 8 head rotary first in the industry. Due to the nature of the product , we design an integrated mixing system which feeds a unique liquid transfer system, finitely controlled until in is finally filled and cooled and packed. These projects have ranged from 20 jars/minute to 80 jars/minute and 30k to £120k costs.
Carpet Fresh powder:
This was a continuous granulated powder feeding, mixing, filling and packing plant, worth £350k.
Aerosol mixing and filling:
There have been a number of Aerosol plant projects over the years, which generally have dedicated mixing plants. The products made have been deodorants, shave foam, mousses, Hair spray and air fresheners. The projects have varied from upgrading existing lines with in-line checkweigher systems and water baths to Full new systems. The largest being a complete installation including, gas storage, mixing facility, twin filling line, with external gassing house using dual propellant, check weighing, water bath and end of line systems.

Complete factory builds
As a team we have managed a number of new factory builds:

Household and toiletries factory:107,000sq ft, £12.1 m spend, 20 filling lines and associated blending and storage facilities. Designed and purpose built for the client with state of the art environmental defense systems and specialisations for the clients operational team. Rationalised 4 manufacturing sites into one.
Soft drinks factory:
Approximately 200,000 sq ft, this was a factory conversion from a old brewery to a modern soft drinks factory with 8 filling lines, which included new floor's, new partition walls, new boiler house and boilers, installation and commissioning of the new filling lines, upgrading the storage area and fitting out with racking, building new chill rooms, complete new electrical system, air system, and chill water system.
Jam and fruit fillings factory:100,000+sq ft, designed and built as a additional factory on a site already producing, the new factory was to accommodate a factory in London that was due to close. This project included cold storage (@ - !8 c ), new effluent plant and drainage, new tank farm, new dry goods store, new process equipment.
Toiletries filling and gift packing factory:153,000 sq ft, £5.5m spend, 12 filling lines and 10 packing lines. Purpose built factory to meet exact customer requirements with a state of the art storage and distribution warehouse, 80,000 sqft, 17,500 pallets, computer controlled.
