This can vary from a minor modification to a line or process, to full factory rebuilds or new builds. Some examples of the type and scale of projects undertaken by the team see case studies.
Engineering experience on equipment rebuilds and refurbishment
Through our network of equipment suppliers and dealers we can undertake fully equipment rebuilds and refurbishment, either of your current equipment or any equipment we source for you. This service is done to the same high standard we insist upon for all of our equipment. We ensure that all equipment when refurbished complies to all the appropriate legislation.
Equipment specifications, tendering and creative sourcing
We have extensive experience in developing plant and equipment specifications, which will allow us to source the right equipment to meet your requirements. We can then either assist in tendering the job out to a number of suppliers and/or we can use our extensive network to source your requirements. This services provides you with the equipment in approximately half the time in would take if your ordered brand new equipment and at a considerably reduced cost.
Project and project site management, controls and administrations
The team have managed a vast number of projects from packing systems and new filling lines to complete new factory builds, in both the personal care and food & drinks markets. Our team is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase, such that we can assist in the commissioning of the plant or equipment to ensure it will meet its full potential. This can include us providing an independent assessment of the systems compliance to all the appropriate legislation.
